Devyani Ltd is very intentional when it comes to empowering upcoming farmers by offering technical assistance to improve milk quality and quantity.

On 27/10/23 Devyani had a field day in Kericho County with Hill tea group to train, appreciate and offer timely payment schedule of milk proceeds. Animal welfare was also discussed where the members were taught how to be sensible and sensitive to their animals.
They were taught that dairy farming practices should aim to keep animals free from hunger, thirst and malnutrition; from discomfort; from pain, injury and disease; from fear; and to engage in relatively normal patterns of animal behavior.
